Programme of the visit in Włocławek

Arrival of the guests, students in families


  • 08.00 greeting at school
  • Showing around the school
  • Getting-to-know each other activities/integration of the group
  • Presentation of a short film about the town/region
  • Presentation of the film “Throw the flag”
  • Short introduction of the topic of bullying/discrimination
  • Dividing into groups
  • 12.10 lunch at school
  • 12.35 a short trip around the town and a visit in the cultural centre Browar B
  • 14.15 – 15.15 a workshop in Browar B about our region/creativity
  • Coming back to school/students go to families about 15.30.
  • 18.00 welcome dinner for teachers in the restaurant


  • 07.45 leaving for a trip to Toruń:
  • 09.00 – 12.00 educational workshop/exhibitions in Młyn Wiedzy (The Mill of Knowledge educational centre)
  • Sightseeing Toruń in the form of a city game – team building activities
  • Coming back to Włocławek about 16 o’ clock, students go to families

(teachers can stay in Toruń, which is a really nice town, and come back in the evening by train – about 45 minutes)


  • 08.00 meeting at school
  • Workshop about bullying at school: partners’ schools/comparison of the results of the survey/working on the correct ways of reacting when a victim or a witness of such behavior
  • A presentation of a film about different forms of discrimination prepared by Polish students
  • groupwork on that topic
  • 12.10 lunch
  • 12.30 – 14.00 continuation of the workshop about discrimination – preliminary ideas for adverts/spots against discrimination
  • 14.00 – 15.00 team building activities with the whole group of students
  • 15.00 students go to families
  • 18.00 a professional basketball match of two Polish teams- Anwil Włocławek and Aseco in the champions hall – all students and teachers are invited


  • 08.00 meeting at school
  • Continuation of the workshop on discrimination
  • 12.10 lunch
  • 13.00 a visit in a local TV station – short introduction to recording spots
  • 14.30 – 15.30 finalizing of the ideas for the advertisements against discrimination
  • 15.30 students go to families


  • 08.00 meeting at school, consolidation of the activities
  • 08.30 preparing and recording the spot advertisements – the final product of the meeting
  • 12.10 lunch
  • Finishing the work/preparing for a sport event
  • 12.50 – 14.00 an international students basketball match
  • 14.00 after the match students go to families
  • 17.00 – 19.00 farewell party at school prepared by parents for students and teachers.


Departure of the guests


Short films from the meeting are going to be recorded every day by two/three “teenage journalists”.

“Throw the flag” films will be recorded every day by groups in different places.

There will also be a working/evaluating meeting for teachers.
