14.20 sport activities at the gym (don’t forget your P.E. outfit)

16:25 students leave school

Tuesday 16th May

08:05 departure to Strasbourg (teachers may go to the meeting place on their own, directly from
           the hotel)
          canoeing to the European institutions (please, take spare garment and/or a waterproof
          windbreaker in case it drizzles…)
          "throwing the flag 1!"

12:30 1st, pre-lunch drinks offered by the "Lieu d’Europe", then, packed lunch
           paper chase in the European area
           "throwing the flag 2!"

16:25 arrival in Marlenheim

19:30 common dinner at the restaurant for teachers in Strasbourg

Wednesday 17th May

08:05 meeting at school
          students can join classes or play games in the common room

09:15 departure to Strasbourg (teachers may go to the meeting place on their own)

10:00 check-in at the European Parliament (don’t forget your ID card)
          meeting Eurodeputies, presenting the project, exchanging with them
          lunch at the Parliament
          visiting the place
          "throwing the flag 3!"

14:00 bowling, "parc de l’Orangerie"
          "throwing the flag 4!"

15:00 free time in Strasbourg, students go home with their partners

Thursday 18th May
 
08:05 meeting at school
          workshop on bullying
 
12:00 lunch at the school canteen/at home

13:15 departure to Strasbourg

14:00 check-in at the Council of Europe
          visiting the place, meeting representatives to communicate on bullying (situation in all the
          partner countries/what is being done to fight against it + new ideas on how to deal with
          that)
          "throwing the flag 5!"

16:45 arrival in Marlenheim

18.30 party at school, dinner with families, students and teachers

Friday 19th May

08:05 meeting at school
          "ideal school" workshop
          filming students, "I have a dream…"
          'rehearsing' for the evening at the "Hôtel du département"

12:00 lunch at the school canteen/at home

13.15 departure to  Strasbourg
          free time

16.45 meeting place: "Hôtel du département"
          closing ceremony in the presence of elected representatives
          students present some of their videos, explain their choices and tell parents, teachers,
          elected representatives…. about their ideal European school
          stands on Europe, mobilities…
          drinks reception, music group

19:00 - 19:30 last dinner together for students, their partners and parents

20:00 common dinner for teachers at the restaurant in Strasbourg
